Boys Like Girls 라는 밴드.

이번에 전국 일주를 하면서

한가지 준비를 안한 것이 있다면

바로 음악.

아이팟도 안챙기고

그렇다고 아이폰에 음악을 많이 넣어둔 것도 아니고

CD를 구워서 차에 둔것도 없다;;

그냥 듣는 것만 계속 들을 수 밖에 없는 상황;

우연찮게 어느 바에서 들은

아마도 어느 TV 프로그램에서 BGM으로 많이 사용해서

누구나도 많이 들어봤을 곡.

Boys Like Girls의 The Great Escape을 들었다.

이 곡은 그들의 2006년 self-titled album에 첫번째 곡.

세상에 알려진 첫번째 노래가 꽤나 인기를 끌었으니

몇 안되는 행운을 누린 밴드라 하겠다.

나는 어느 한 곡이 맘에 들면

그 뮤지션의 최소한 그 곡이 담긴 앨범이나

때론 아예 전집을 다 들어보기도 하는 습관이 있어서

(이거 때문에 mp3 파일만 200기가가 넘는거다-)

이들도 혹시 이런 종류의 노래가 없는지

다른 노래도 괜찮은지 다 들어봤다.

앨범 세개를 우연찮게 다 입수해서

여행하는 내내 많이 들었는데

그 중에 괜찮았던 곡 몇개 소개..

일단 첫앨범 첫곡부터.

2년위 2008년에 나온 두번째 앨범

Heavy Heart는 겨우 6곡만이 수록되었다.

그런데 앨범 세개 중에 이게 제일 좋은것 같아ㅎㅎ

궁금했던 사진을 앨범 커버로 써주어 고맙기도하지ㅋ

이 앨범은 6곡 밖에 없지만

그 중에 세곡을 소개해야겠다.

많이 유명세를 탄 앨범은 아닌데

개인적으로 듣기에 괜찮은 노래들이 있어서..
